Cancel orders before they ship — no questions asked
Before Shipment
You can cancel any order for free before it has been dispatched by the seller. Go to My Orders and click Cancel.
After Shipment
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can refuse delivery and a refund will be initiated automatically after the seller receives the item back.
